You may have seen the hashtags #CCIC or #CCIC2015 floating around Twitter today. March 26-27 marks the annual Cannabinoids in Clinical Practice Convention. Held past years in major cities such as Vancouver, Milan and Chicago, the convention focuses on presenting evidence-based education in the field of cannabinoids in clinical practice. Expert researchers in the field of medical marijuana will host this two day event and present updates from research findings, stakeholders, and Canadian physicians on the safe use and effectiveness of using marijuana in medical practice.

The science behind the endocannabinoid system will be presented, as well as the risks, efficacy, and how to approach medical marijuana as an option for patients.
